Job DescriptionWe are now hiring for a Regulatory Specialist at a local candy manufacturer!If you have experience in Nutrition/Food Science, are detail orientated and are extremely familiar with food label regulations, this could be the fit for you!1st Shift 7am-5pm with flexibility within those hours$19-$21/hour based on experience and qualificationsThis is a temp to hire position that is a great opportunity if you're looking to start in an entry level role and work your way up!This position has a strong knowledge in reviewing, updating, and approving label copies and specifications to ensure information is accurate, meets customer requirements, and is compliant with government regulations.Essential Functions:
Review specifications, packaging and labeling proofs to ensure accuracy and regulatory
compliance
Work within Genesis Software to ensure specification compliance and accuracy between the
system and supplier documentation
Generate ingredient statements for various products
Review supplier nutrition and composition information to evaluate for completeness and
