Help needed to care for 30 year old autistic male $18 per hour.
Max is 29 year old autistic, non-verbal, physically fit and very active male. He is nonviolent, smiles a lot, and generally is a very nice person. He is mentally delayed and his abilities are on a level from 1 to 4 year old person. He needs assistance with ALL daily activities. He lives at home with his parents. In most cases he takes part in family activities, he goes on vacations, to the restaurant, to the park, etc. During the day, twice a week, Max spends his time at the day program for people with disabilities. His parents still work though and need help daily five days a week. We need some help Monday through Friday as needed. Variable hours part time.
We are looking for a responsible, honest, loving and caring person who will care for Max. Your duties will include assisting Max with meals, making sure he remembers to go on the toilet, taking him outside for walks and other activities, etc.
