Job Type:Full-time
Salary:$15.00 to $35.00 / hour
Experience:Maintenance/construction, 1 year (Preferred)
Mike's Maintenance is looking for a long term employee.
Level of experience will determine hourly pay
Majority of the work is indoors
Qualifications for our Experienced Technician:
Minimum 1 years' field experience or technical training degree
Basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical
Clean driving record - license
Must be able to pass a required background check
Have reliable transportation
Neat appearance and positive attitude
Willing to work flexible hours, on-call and travel up to 1.5 hours around De Pere and Green bay area.
References are required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders; use hands to grasp, finger, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk; hear.
The employee must be physically capable of moving appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers) with the assistance of an appliance dolly.
Employees may also be required to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds with the assistance of a dolly and another employee.
Must be physically capable of removing, repairing, and reinstalling: garbage disposals, light fixtures, doors, refrigerators, sinks, bathroom toilets, washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
