Part time maintenance person needed for 40-unit Historic Manitowoc apartment community. 28 hours per week. Must have valid drivers license, auto insurance and must pass a criminal background check. Need to have own tools, experience in carpentry, plumbing, janitorial, general maintenance, light electrical and some painting. With experience will pay $16 an hour.
