We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to help maintain warehouse stock and assist in fulfilling orders. Our Material Handler will be responsible for unloading product deliveries with a forklift, stage products based on customer orders and assist with organizing and maintaining existing inventory. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed to operate a forklift, available to work overtime hours during the busier times of the year, and able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.Position: Temp-to-perm forklift operatorShifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm - 6am (2-2-3 schedule) Pay: $14 with $0.50 shift differential for 3rdBenefits: We offer a comprehensive benefit package consisting of health, life, dental, vision, health savings account, short term disability, and 401(k).Responsibilities:Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders Pulling the correct products for each orderWork closely with the inventory group to monitor supply levels Submit purchasing recommendations on a regular basisLoad and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase orderCollaborate with the inventory control and purchasing groups to determine when product is missing in a deliverWorking hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMSkills:Candidates must have SIX months of experience within the last 18 months operating a forkliftPossess a strong safety acumenEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:All candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
