The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks. An upbeat personality will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. We are looking for full time but would accept part-time schedule for an excellent candidate.
Responsibilities
Answer phones and direct calls in an efficient, friendly manner on a multi-line system
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Open files based on office protocol
Data Entry
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
