Seeking a seasonal, part-time (20-30 hrs/week) Office Assistant/Typist for our busy tax season from January through mid-April. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with others in a small group office setting. Must have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and be self-motivated with good time management skills. Attention to detail, dependable, positive attitude and respect for confidentiality is required. Greeting office guests including customers/clients, and vendors, managing a multi-line phone system, cash register/credit card, fax machine/copier/scanner.
