Office Administrator / Practice Implementation Specialist
Netsonic / Stoneprism Software seeks an intelligent, motivated, self starting individual to oversee and implement customer support and service functions related to onboarding and dental practice success.
Since 1996, Netsonic has been providing datacenter and cloud relates services to customers in over 100 countries. Stoneprism Software is a cloud based platform for dental practices that automates and manages their in-house membership programs. As a new service platform, Stoneprism is in startup mode which is exciting and challenging and will offer many opportunities to learn and grow in a small business environment.
Duties:
Take all inbound calls
Provide first line customer support needs via phone, email and ticket system
Coordinate, organize, perform and direct all office needs and administration
Assist and advise clients with onboarding
Assist and advise clients with promoting and growing their membership base
Assess client success and discuss ideas for improvements
Provide demos of platform to potential clients staff and doctors
Support client practice staff with use of software and platform
Track all clients onboarding process and status
Follow up / check regularly with clients progress and success
Write blog posts, white papers and website knowledgebase articles as needed
Plan and implement social media campaigns and posts (hootsuite)
Update and maintain CRM
Assist with web site content
Support sales and marketing efforts as needed
Research competition to determine opportunities and competitive advantages
Become expert in dental practice membership programs and practice benefits
Other duties assigned
Location: Office - Olde Mainstreet District - Downtown Green Bay
Pay: Hourly $11-$17 negotiable based on experience.
