Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Software Developer for a valued client in Green Bay, WI. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a global organization. You'll serve as a senior member on the Innovations Team to develop, test and maintain software solutions.

Salary: $105,000-$115,000

Job Duties of the Software Developer:

• Lead in design, development and code reviews
• Mentor and lead small development team
• Project management
• Write and maintain technical specifications
• Troubleshoot performance issues
• Look for security vulnerabilities
• Translate business requirements into usable/scalable software

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent course of study/ equivalent combination of experience and education considered
• 5-7 years of experience in Applications Development
• Experience with Relational Databases
• Must have MS SQL Server experience
• Experience with .Net and Web Development
• Experience with SDLC
• Integration experience
