Holtger Bros., Inc. is offering up to a $3000 sign-on and working bonus for an aerial foreman with experience in telecommunications utility construction.
HBI is a family-owned and operated telecommunications contractor that has been in business since 1946. We are based in De Pere, WI, and have employees that live and work throughout the state. We proudly work year-round and are continually growing and looking to add skilled workers and supervisors to our team.
Aerial Foreman Responsibilities
-This position is responsible for supervising the work crew consisting of 2-3 crew members.
-This position will plan the most efficient and effective work order in order to perform tasks on a daily and weekly basis.
-This position is responsible for identifying, communicating and
troubleshooting problems on the job site and is responsible for the quality or work as
well as creating and ensuring a positive, professional company image on the job site.
Aerial Foreman Requirements
-A minimum of 2 years' experience as a telecommunications aerial lineman
-A minimum of one year supervisory experience
-Ability to read and understand telephone and CATV prints
-Willing to travel (primarily in Northeastern WI) Monday-Friday (home weekends)
-Insurance-acceptable driver's license- Class A CDL preferred/able to obtain
-Previous training in utility safety standards
-Strong management skills with the ability to lead crews and assure customer satisfaction
-Ability to complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
