Building Maintenance Technician Description:
As a Building Maintenance Technician, you must be able to inspect, maintain, repair, and replace basic building mechanical and plumbing. This position will also require basic carpenter skills. You'll need to be mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands and be a good troubleshooter to perform this job well.
Evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing on farm.
Communicate with facilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects.
