The Customer Care Representative - Call Center is a vital member of our customer support team located on-site at the Batteries Plus corporate office and national headquarters in Hartland, WI. In this role as the Customer Care Representative - Call Center , you will answer a high volume of incoming calls in an inbound customer call center office environment. Our Customer Care Representatives provide a high level of customer service over the phone in a fast-paced, exciting, fun, and team-oriented environment. You will have a passion for customer service, possess strong listening skills, be resourceful, helpful, and trustworthy while providing solutions to customer inquiries nationwide. Responsibilities: Interface with customers via phone, email, online media, survey platforms and mail - maintaining a positive representation of the company, stores and associated brand

Act as a first contact point for all customers for technical assistance, cross reference questions, promotions, website navigation and order placement questions

Identify, research and resolve customer issues using a variety of resources and document details using the call tracking application

Communicate best practices, program options and policy elements with corporate and franchise owned locations

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent required

Minimum of six months experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

Call Center experience helpful

Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Associates Degree in business, communication or related field preferred

Basic typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite

Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer inquiries

Passion for customer service

Excellent organizational qualities

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
