The strength of The UPS store network comes, in part, from the talented and dedicated associates at each retail location. Our independently owned and operated locations are looking to hire employees. Looking for outgoing friendly person to assist customers with retail transactions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
Takes ownership of the customer's business and print service needs.
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings.
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Willing and able to work 35-40 hours per week within a 7 day work week (Monday-Sunday) in a fast paced environment.
Retail and customer service experience (Shipping/Mail or Printing/Document services experience a plus).
Ability to stand several hours at a time and no lift restrictions.
Eligible to become a Notary Public, and fingerprint specialist.
Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance.
