American Construction Metals (ACM) is a rapidly growing manufacturing Strategic Business Unit of ABC Supply and is currently seeking a second shift Receiving Team Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, consistent flow of product and proper record keeping while meeting the demands of the department and production schedules. Providing leadership and direction to the receiving team
Training new and existing associates as needed
Maintaining accurate work order reporting
Troubleshooting process problems and/or product quality
Ensuring that company safety policies are followed
Assisting with the interview process of new associates and monitoring their performance once hired
Performing all other duties as assigned and directedSpecific qualifications include:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse leadership role
Ability to read and interpret process instructions, drawings, dimensions and machine settings
Experience measuring with tape measure, caliper and micrometer
Positive attitude and team player
Solid time management and prioritization skills
