The Onsite Recruiter & Retention Specialist acts as an on-site extension of the customer’s HR function is based at the customer’s worksite. This position is responsible for attendance management, and day-to-day administration of the employee relations functions. We are looking for someone with minimum of three years of Employee Relations experience. Experience of dealing with quick and sometimes higher stress situations is a PLUS. Come work in a friendly work environment. This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers/scanners.
Employee Relations requirements:
Helps to maintain a positive employee relations climate by providing guidance to supervisors and responding to employee inquiries.
Participates in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations problems, such as attendance, working conditions, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Responds effectively to employee relations queries.
Provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to supervisors and employees in accordance with policies and procedures.
Documents all employee relations matter in accordance with the customer’s policies and procedure and legal compliance.
Helps employees and supervisors settle work-related conflicts through advice and guidance.
Participates in the development and delivery of training; Assists in communication of policies and procedures.
