The dispatch/driver will work directly for our staffing division and oversee the van/bus routes. They will coordinate drivers with routes, update routes as needed, communicate any changes to or with routes. The dispatch will also be responsible for ensuring vehicle inspection sheets are completed by all drivers and turned in daily. They will notify the maintenance team of any immediate needs for the fleet.
Dispatch/Driver will oversee the van/bus routes, update reports, and drive a route. The route they will drive, for now , is the 3rd shift pickup/2nd shift return to Janesville/Beloit.
The dispatch will also track and monitor vehicle occupancy and make suggestions to the type of vehicle to be used on each route.
The dispatch will also drive a route, which may include weekend routes and alternative shifts such as late night or early morning.
The pay is $15/hr with partial benefits including paid holidays and personal time off (PTO).
Qualifications include:
1. Good driving record
2. Valid Drivers License
3. Valid Auto Insurance (though the dispatch/driver will be driving company vehicles, insurance is mandatory to prove "insurability.")
4. Flexibility with hours. Some routes may need drivers during abnormal hours and weekends.
5. At least 1 year driving in a commercial setting is preferred.
6. Experience driving a mini-bus or 15 passenger vehicles.
