Opening for a dependable, self-driven, well-organized professional to be in charge of company bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and human resources. Flexible daily schedule.
Our current Bookkeeper is leaving us! She will stay to train someone new.
Duties include:
Daily bank reconciliations
WI/MN/IA Sales tax reporting
Payroll input and reporting
Accounts payable PO reconciliation, input, and check creation
Account receivable mailings, payment matching, and statement preparation
Annual tax preparation and record keeping for our accounting firm
Human resources research and benefit administration
Monthly preliminary financial statement review
Skills needed:
Understand accounting debits and credits
General ledger entries
Financial statement comprehension
Payroll experience
General computer and Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft GP or similar experience preferred)
Able to work independently
