Express Employment Professionals has paired up with a local company and we are looking for candidates to fill a Bookkeeper opening!
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for:
Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing
General ledger reconciliation
Data entry
Documentation
Purchase Order entry
Other Bookkeeping/Administrative duties as needed
Experience:
Previous Bookkeeping experience
Previous Accounting experience including but not limited to:
o Accounts Payable
o Accounts Receivable
o Reconciliation
Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite
Must be familiar with Accounting applications such as Peachtree/Sage or QuickBooks
Education:
Associates Degree in Accounting or Accounting Certificate preferred
Compensation:
Will be based on experience
