Overseeing many aspects of financial analysis and reporting
Managing professional staff that supports the business in financial and operational analysis as well as performance measurement
Lead the design, development, and deployment of standardized metrics reporting to business leaders
Partner with business leaders providing clear, concise, and timely reporting, actionable information, analysis of past performance, and insights into key drivers of future performance
Interface with business leaders and build relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement
Work with business to understand strategies, initiatives, priorities, and cost drivers
Lead departmental cost analytics and metrics reporting
Manage, develop, and lead analyst staff
Perform monthly close analysis of results against financial plan
Determine sufficiency of ROI and present findings and recommendations to management
Review workforce requisitions and validate needs and budgets
Lead or participate on cross-functional teams

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience
3+ years of progressive experience working within a relevant Finance role or related professional role
Demonstrated financial acumen and P&L management skills
Prior experience anticipating financial and operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and database experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience to include strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate direct reports
Experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities while continuously meeting critical deadlines
Previous supervisory or management experience
Background in Hyperion Essbase / Smartview
National Career Readiness Certificate
Strong analytic background and attention to details; must be able to problem solve, propose, and implement solutions
Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills with the demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key internal and external resources
