If so, look no further than REM Wisconsin! Our West Salem team is fun, creative, and dedicated. The heart of what we do is to provide care and support to people with intellectual, physical, and behavioral disabilities.
We have openings for full and part time positions in the evenings working with a great group of individuals. We also have one opening for Overnight awake 10p-8am on a set rotating schedule.
We seek a compassionate person to:
Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
Support community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Partner with other staff members to support individual service plans and goals.
Qualifications:
What we require of you:
Must be minimum of 18 years of age
High school diploma, GED or equivalent NOT REQUIRED
Valid Drivers license, and can pass last 12 month driving check (for day or evening positions- Not for overnights)
Reliable transportation
Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
Successful clearance of background checks
