Responsibilities:
Leads all recruiting activities to guide candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process to ensure an ideal candidate experience
Builds and manages relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, and HR team to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities
Develops recruitment strategies for each open position in partnership with management and clearly define sourcing strategies and expectations
Develops, coaches, and holds managers and interview teams accountable to incorporate fair, comprehensive, and consistent interview practices & processes
Ensures candidate information is properly maintained in our ATS, as well as candidate folders are created and maintained throughout the hiring process
Builds and leverages external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines
Represents and plays lead role on all recruiting technology projects, recruiting vendor relationships and negotiations, and recruiting budgeting activities
Represents the brand at local and regional networking & recruiting events to promote talent brand
Maintains Open Positions Report, track and report out monthly KPI's, and responsible for submitting various annual federal reports
Responsible for Affirmative Action Plan Program
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or other related field.
Experience: 5+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience. 2+ years' experience sourcing and recruiting in a corporate environment strongly preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience creating brand recruiting tools and materials preferred. Involvement in creating and implementing employer branding strategies preferred.
SHRM-CP strongly preferred
Strong background in recruiting for a variety of positions at various organizational levels
Possesses flexibility and organizational skills allowing for adaptation to quickly changing priorities
Proven track record of attracting extraordinary talent in a fast-paced, rapidly-expanding company
Highly skilled communicator with the ability to engage prospective candidates and build relationships internally and externally
Strong planning and organization skills, business acumen, and work ethic.
