Caretaker would be responsible for lawncare, light snow removal, planting flowers, weed control, salting walks in the winter. They would also be responsible for maintenance for the residents of this 10 unit property, plus maintenance and janitorial of the common area. Must have a valid drivers license and insurance. Very flexible hours, between 8-12 hours per week, (perfect for an extra job). $15 an hour. Please send letter or resume with contact information.
