Express Employment has teamed up with a local leader in the Concrete Industry who is in search of hard-working individuals to assist in the production and set up of concrete materials. These are entry level positions with the opportunity to move into a long term spot with a pay increase.
Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Cutting, breaking, moving concrete
⢠Assist operators with loading/unloading product
⢠Finishing work and QC checks on completed parts
⢠All other general labor and clean up duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
⢠Ability to stand/work for the duration of an 10-12 hour shift
⢠Ability to lift and carry rebar, forms and posts as needed (50lbs, additional with the use of a team lift)
⢠Ability to work and thrive in a team setting while taking direction from the lead
⢠Work history showing experience in heavy labor is a must
