Immediate opening for the right individual to join our fast growing residential plumbing service & remodel company. This entry level position means just what it says, entry level. Expectations will include working 10-14hrs a day, 5-6 days week, doing everything from sweeping floors to digging ditches, all sorts of heavy lifting and also working with journeyman plumbers in all facets of residential plumbing service and remodeling
We take our trade very seriously and love what we do and the right individual will be asked to dedicate his life to this trade, just like we do.
We don't expect you to known everything about plumbing but any and all experience related to the industry are helpful
We expect that you work hard every day, learn and listen to those of us who are where you desire to be one day.
A apprenticeship is not given to anyone , its only earned by your ability to listen, follow directions, work ethic, customer service and your ability to take constructive criticism from plumbers who have years of experience in the industry. We are looking for the right individual who understands that this is an opportunity to learn a very challenging yet rewarding occupation that will allow you to have a long and stable career.
This is a long term position for the right person who understands that performance is what drives your pay not the pay me and I'll perform mindset. Any expectations of being offered an apprenticeship before your 4th year of employment with us is unrealistic but attainable if our company determines its worth an investment in you
