Coulee Region Landscape & Design is a full service lawn and landscape company offering high quality grounds maintenance and construction services to our commercial and residential clients in the tri-county area. Duties include:
-Operating and maintaining equipment such as (Commercial mowers, blowers, trimmers, skidsteers, etc.
-Mulching, edging, tree/shrub pruning, trimming, blowing, mowing, and other general landscape duties at commercial and residential properties.
-Shrub/small tree removal, stone/shrub installation, retaining walls, paver patios, seeding, and general labor.
-Team members are also responsible for set up and clean up, and taking good care of our trucks and equipment.
Skills and Necessary Requirements:
-Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
-You must be at least 18 years old, enthusiastic, dependable, and able to safely work with equipment.
-Must have a clean and valid driver's license
-CDL preferred but not required
-Experience in commercial/residential lawn care and landscape experience is preferred, but not necessary.
-Must possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude and work well within a team
-Must be able to give work direction and work well under pressure within a fast paced, deadline driven environment
-Must be trainable and project a proactive attitude-always looking for the next way to find solutions
-Available to work a varied schedule (including possible Saturdays)
Starting wages $14-$25/hr depending on level of experience
