Responsibilities/Qualifications for the Maintenance Assistant position include:
Minor repairs and updates to units including cleaning/removal of damaged items
Basic groundskeeping
Notifying supervisor of any issues that maybe require a contract
Ability to lift, up to, 50 pounds and be on feet for entire shift
