Looking for someone with experience with repairs/maintenance for rental properties. Some experience with plumbing, electrical and other home repairs is desired. Also there may be some painting & lawn maintenance.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle (trailer hitch is desired). Must have (most) tools. You will be expected to use your own vehicle. Mileage reimbursement for out of city driving.
Full Time or Part Time in La Crosse, and surrounding areas.
$15-$17 per hour
