Location: Onalaska, WI – Building A
Hours: 2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 5:00 pm – 3:30 am
Compensation: $20.50-$24.25 +a robust benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays in the first year, merit increase eligible twice annually!
Purpose & Summary: As a Recycling Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a group that disassembles and sorts electronics and commodities. In addition to assisting with day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for maintaining production metrics, writing and delivering performance reviews, and coaching your team. With an in-depth knowledge of the department processes and procedures, you will be the go-to expert for any questions and will be able to fill in where needed.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Creating and maintaining a positive, engaging work environment
Training the team on any process changes, and relaying companywide changes
Executing corrective actions and communicating performance concerns with team members
Driving forklifts and organizing material flow
Holding Team Members accountable for quality of material output
Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as a Production Supervisor, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Additional qualifications include:
Warehouse safety protocols
Coaching and leadership experience
Strong organization & problem-solving skills
Strong written & verbal communication
Fluency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
Strong sense of urgency to reach and exceed production targets
