Coachlight Communities, based in Oak Creek, WI is looking for full-time maintenance professional for our unique 80 home property in Tomah, WI!
Prefer some knowledge of:
⢠Electrical
⢠HVAC & Boiler Systems
⢠Appliance repair
⢠Painting
⢠Installation of ceramic tiles, cabinets, countertops, etc.
⢠General apartment maintenance
⢠Plumbing
⢠Carpentry
⢠Ability to deal with a wide variety of people
Requirements:
⢠2+ years prior maintenance work preferred
⢠40 hrs. per week
⢠Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
⢠On-call schedule for after hour emergencies
⢠Bending, twisting, heavy lifting involved
⢠Must have a valid driver's license
⢠Must pass background check
⢠Friendly, honest, and great work ethic are a must
⢠Good communication skills
Compensation:
