Express is working with a growing company based in Sparta who is expanding their production to the La Crosse Area. We have full-time, long-term, evaluation to hire positions that we are currently recruiting for.
Associates will be paid 1 hour of drive time daily as well as mileage for the first 2 weeks of this assignment as the training takes place at the Sparta facility.
Wage: $12.50-$13.50 per hour based on job assignment.
Shift: Flexible 1st shift start times, 5am-2pm, 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm
Job Duties:
Position and align parts for proper fit and assembly
Connect cables, tubes, and wires according to specifications
Measuring products for proper fit
Following graphics and blueprints to build product
Brazing alloy to bond metal product
Building junction boxes
Assembly of a variety of products and processes
Job Qualifications:
Fine motor skills
Ability to identify colors
Previous industrial, HVAC, and welding experience preferred
Forklift skills a plus!
Ability to be self-motivated
Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Carpentry skills preferred
High School Diploma or Equivalent
