Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a family oriented and local restoration company located in Sparta, Wisconsin and we are currently recruiting for qualified candidates for a Sales and Marketing Representative opening!
This is a full time and permanent career opportunity! The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30 pm. Compensation will start at $11.00 per hour during the Evaluation/Probationary period. After the Evaluation/Probationary period a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401K will be offered along with a review with a pay increase.
Primary Role:
While this is a Marketing and Sales focused position, the primary goal is to keep client base up to date on the various products and services offered by this cleaning and restoration company. This position will promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory (company vehicle will be provided) resulting in meeting or exceeding assigned goals. This position is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships and educating clients and prospective clients on products and services, as well as monitoring and follow-up to make sure the customer's needs are met.
Results Expected:
Established sales/marketing goals are met or exceeded. Customer database is diverse and new prospects are routinely added. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Customer jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications:
⢠Superior Customer Service skills are required
⢠Must be highly organized with excellent follow-up
⢠Must be a self-starter who can work well with little to no supervision
⢠Must be comfortable speaking with decision makers at clients and prospective clients both via phone and in person
⢠Valid Driver's License is required
⢠HS Diploma or equivalent is required
