A locally owned growing company in the La Crosse area has long-term openings on all shifts for those looking for a permanent career move. The ideal candidate will have experience operating either pultrusion or other molding machinery. However, candidates that possess a strong general labor or machine operation work history are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Stack fiberglass on shelves
Cut-off of finished product
Employees are required to handle fiberglass mats and roving's
Keep machines stocked with raw materials
Monitor machinery
Read setup sheets and production orders
Provide Q/C of products
Read tape measures
Use of calipers
Shutdown and setup of machinery
Cleaning of tools and equipment used
Install clamping
Set bake timers as needed
General housekeeping and other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Heavy lifting of up to 50lbs
Repetitive bending
Repetitive squatting
Repetitive twisting
Ability to stand for entire 8 hour shift

Hours: Monday through Friday:
2nd shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm $13.00/hour
3rd shift: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am $14.00/hour
Weekend Shifts:
Days - 7AM-7PM working Saturday, Sunday and Monday, wage $14.00/hr.
Nights - 7PM-7AM working Friday, Saturday and Sunday, wage $15.00/hr.
