Full-time Monday-Friday position working 8:30am – 5:00pm; no weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
In the mornings, you'll play a key role on our Production Float Team, helping with tasks like:
Operating cutting machines and handling fabric rolls.
Quality inspection of garments to ensure they’re flawless.
Bagging, tagging, and preparing products for the next steps.
Assisting with inventory management and stock organization.
Supporting various production departments as needed.
In the afternoons, you’ll join the Shipping & Receiving Team to:
Package and ship custom orders with care and accuracy.
Receive, sort, and stock materials and supplies.
Communicate with shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and vendors.
Help keep our inventory organized and up to date.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
A positive team player who’s 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a busy environment.
Strong communicator who can work well across departments.
Comfortable using or learning new technology like ERP software and shipping systems.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
