Insurance office looking for an administrative assistant who is well organized, able to multi-task, has great people and phone skills, is bubbly and professional.
Job Duties:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, and general office work. Applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Minimum 1 year office experience required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week) No Holidays or Weekends!
Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and 401k available.
