Local church is looking for an administrative assistant who is well organized, able to multi-task, has great people, phone, and communications skills.
Job Duties:
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, copying, and general office work. Applicant must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have social networking skills (Facebook and Website Management)
Minimum 1 year office experience required.
Hours:
19 hours per week. No Holidays or Weekends
Pay: Negotiable
