As a Teller, you will:

Greet members in a prompt, friendly and professional manner, while actively listening and asking questions to understand our members’ needs.

Perform a variety of financial and member service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, taking payments, and other services specific to the Onalaska office.

Share and recommend products and service promotions with our members, making appropriate referrals within the credit union

Represent and promote Altra at sponsored events and community involvement opportunities. Qualified candidates will be required to have a high school diploma, GED or HSED and a minimum one (1) month to one (1) year of Teller, retail and/or customer service experience.

The Onalaska office is looking for an individual to work 25 hours per week with flexibility between the posted office hours Monday through Friday. In addition, part time Tellers are required to work a minimum of two (2) to three (3) Saturdays per month from 7:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Lobby Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to Noon Drive Up Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to Noon Pay and Benefits:

Competitive starting rate of $16.00/hour, depending on experience
