Ideal part time job for a self motivated, mature and well experienced individual!
We are looking for an individual with a steady job history to fill one cleaning position in Winona. This job is for a 4 hour shift. each night, 5 nights a week, maintaining specific custodial needs for our client.
The custodial/janitorial duties include but are not limited to light cleaning duties such as emptying trashes, cleaning restrooms, dusting, cleaning tables, vacuuming, mopping, etc Restroom Cleaning is the bulk of these duties.
Winona HOURS: up to 5 nights a Week. averaging 3.5 hours an evening.
Weeknights: M - F: After 6 pm.
Requirements:
- drivers license (or reliable transportation)
- 2 local professional references
- ability to lift 40 lbs
- ability to safely handle chemicals and waste products
- ability to crouch, bend, & swoop. continuously throughout the shift.
