RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE POSITION
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-basic to advanced understanding of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, & electrical (Jack of all trades)
-Valid drivers license
-Basic tool set
-Must be able to work ON-call for emergency maintenance
JOB DUTIES:
-Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, & heating systems
-Replacement/installation of flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, windows & window glass, blinds, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, door locks, etc.
-Work with City Inspectors to bring all Fire & Building codes up-to-date
-Roof & siding repairs only
-Heavy lifting for appliance removal/replacement
-Snow removal may be required
-Day-to-day maintenance repairs and any other repairs that pertain to maintaining the 400 apartments, houses, and commercial units we manage.
Must be able to work with all types of people. NO HOT HEADS!
