Hanke Trucking, Inc. is looking for an experienced full-time Mechanic at our terminal in La Crosse, WI with working knowledge of Heavy trucks, Trailers, and other Equipment. Requirements of a Diesel Mechanic:
Diagnoses and repairs problems in the areas including all external component replacements and routine repairs.
Perform annual vehicle inspections; perform preventative maintenance and other repairs as necessary.
Comprehension and completion of the repair orders and PM schedules
Performs safety inspections of equipment and prepare safety documents required by DOT, company and any other Federal, State or Local Regulations
Organized and can deal with multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Welding experience a plus.
Basic tool inventory will be required.
Strong work ethic
Team player
Class A CDL a plus
