Body Shop Estimator - Job Description:
Greet customers and quickly assess their needs, understanding the difficulty of their situation. Customer service is a top priority; its our job to turn that difficult situation around. The estimator follows job through entire process from initial greeting, handling all insurance related communications, overseeing parts ordering, keeps customer updated through process and quality controls the vehicle through repairs to final delivery.
Body Shop Estimator - Job Qualifications:
At least one year of experience is preferred
Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Organization skills
Basic computer skills
Professional and dependable
Must have a valid driver's license
