As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately handling Accounts Receivable, answering and handling phone calls, working in a Team environment and assisting in a large variety of other office duties. You will ensure that all Customer Service Representative responsibilities are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Count and post Accounts Receivable payments.

Assist Customers with their accounts/payments/orders.

Process Orders

Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.

Act as a backup for other Customer Service Representatives.

Perform various Administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.

Take on projects to enhance our department.

Any other associated function required to complete the tasks assigned by the Manager according to the Team Member’s skills and abilities.

Requirements:

Previous working experience as an Administrative Assistant.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficient in data entry.

Professional phone etiquette with use of headset.

Solid communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues.

Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

IV. Work Hours:

1st Shift

Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 2:30pm
