Hearts and Hands Children's Center is hiring for experienced and certified Lead Teachers. If you are looking for a new positive environment where you feel appreciated and communication is key than this could be a good fit for you.
Hearts and Hands is right off 18/151 and has easy access to get too. You do not have to drive all the way through Mt. Horeb.
When looking for lead teachers we look for those who are dedicated to teaching in early childhood. Having staff who understand and appreciate the meaning of early education helps you do your job better. Lead teachers are responsible of managing the classroom by being the leaders and role models of the classroom. For example: you being organized, friendly with everyone, knowledgeable, creative, patient, and caring helps set the tone for not only your room but for the entire program. The kids deserve teachers who can show these skills.
Hours will depend on the classroom.
Pay is based on your experience and certification.
This position will be working with Toddler's (1 year old's).
Hearts and Hands Children's Center is focusing on what is best for the staff and always finding ways to make a better environment for the staff which in the end will create happy children and then happy parents.
