Qualifications
Minimally qualified applicants will have experience: • Maintaining software and/or vendor managed software, performing activities such as maintenance, developing reports, testing, upgrades, and configurations. • Communicating software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
• Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations. In addition to the above, well qualified applicants will have experience:
· Experience in Agile environment and System development.
· Test script maintenance and Test automation.
· Working in government or correctional environment.
· Experience with SQL.
· BA experience with ability to understand and document the Business requirements.
· Experience with change management systems and/or processes.
· Good business process mapping and process capture though Visio flow diagrams.
· Ability to identify integration points.
· Knowledge of reporting and dashboards maintenance.
· Experience in process improvements and IT systems integration.
· Ability to work with cross functional teams.
· Ability to work with business teams and good communication and presentation skills.
· Experience in User Acceptability Testing and ability to run regression tests on systems and identify, design and optimize the new and existing test cases.
· JIRA experience.
· Follow Good Documentation Practice
