Summary:
This is an exciting new position that will work across multiple teams in people services to bring forth prescriptive, predictive, and statistical analytics. Using data from Human Resources, Talent Development and Corporate Training (core system including: Workday, Saba, EdCast, etc.) you will join data either locally or in the cloud, use your intellectual curiosity to find interesting insights. You will apply insights to current business challenges, present recommendations based on contextual knowledge, and highlight areas to focus on to remain competitive. Top candidates will have strong data skills, curiosity, problem solving skills, and presentation skills to executive leadership.
Provides analytics services to the business. Develops new insights and understands the business performance based on data and statistical methods. Analyzes business results, external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis. Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.
