JOB DESCRIPTIONMidwest Refrigerated Services, IncPosition title: Customer Service Representative ? Shipping & ReceivingOverview of responsibilities:This position is primarily responsible for the daily activities of the shipping and receiving office and it interacts with all staff members and will be required to float between the different activities in the shipping office as customer activity and the needs of the company dictate. Individuals serving in this position must have the following skills and abilities.Job Type: Full-time - 2nd Shift - M-FLocation: Madison, WIWage: $15.00Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service for facility customers & problem resolution
Schedule inbound and outbound delivery appointments
Manage the paperwork flow between the shipping & receiving office and warehouse
Check-in drivers and direct them to a door for unloading/loading
Mediate to resolve driver problems with loads
Accurately process paperwork in the computer system ? order and receipt entry
Communicate effectively
Perform such duties and assume such other responsibilities as may be required to accomplish the essential job functions as directed by management

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills
SAP experience not required
Strong Phone skills and etiquette
Good problem solving and decision making skills
Positive attitude
Basic math and reading skills
Be able to follow instructions closely
Be able to function effectively in a team and fast pace environment
Ability to work with different levels of Management
Ability to read/write in English
