6474BRRequisition ID:6474BRJob Description:Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials) ConsultantRealogy is looking for an experienced Financial Systems Consultant for a 9 to 12-month period to facilitate the upcoming conversion of multiple instances of Oracle On Premise to a unified instance of Oracle Cloud across multiple business units.The individual must have experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, as well as the ability to build consensus with a diverse set of internal stakeholders and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:
Gain an understanding of and document current financial processes, including pain points and opportunities as defined by process owners and executives in order to help define enterprise requirements.
Facilitate the FP&A process/workflow redesign across multiple business units.
Lead change management efforts to maximize overall return on investment and exceed business objectives for the project
Lead design of communications plan, identifying impacted groups, key messages, delivery mechanisms, and touchpoints.
Ensure vendor and process owner accountability through all iterative stages of the project including requirements gathering, design, testing, training and implementation. Ensure execution of all plan components across multiple stakeholders.
Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address
Deliver against all components of the implementation plan on time and within budget
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
10+ years of experience managing financial systems and process improvements within a corporate Finance department. Knowledge of FP&A required.
Experience leading an enterprise transformation, as well as all Change Management efforts. Knowledge and utilization of specific Change Management methodologies preferred.
Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate executive level conversations and manage indirect teams.
Demonstrated business process re-engineering experience of key finance processes.
Strong relationship building, influencing, facilitation, and communication skills
