AE Business Solutions is seeking a Desktop SupportSpecialist to take on a multi-year contract position in Madison! This is a high-levelDesktop Support position where we are seeking experienced candidates that are comfortable handling escalated IT Support issues.

What you'll do:

Resolve escalated IT issues in a timely manner while exhibiting strong customer service skills
Assist users with IT set up for office return
Influence the environment related to how problems are identified, documented, received, distributed and corrected
Deploy hardware (laptops, keyboards, phones, etc.)

What you'll bring:

4+ years of desktop support experience
Ability to work onsite in Madison 5 days per week
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Strong documentation skills
