NetSuite Prospecting Programs Manager

Job DescriptionThe NetSuite Prospecting Programs Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of our prospecting strategy at NetSuite. In this high-profile individual contributor role, you will collaborate closely with the entire GTM organization to drive cross-functional GTM projects, develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights, and champion outbound prospecting initiatives. This role will work with leadership to ensure we have the right strategy, tools, and processes that impact getting the right accounts into the right hands and ensuring that they are worked to drive pipeline and meet our ARR goals. You’ll report directly to the VP, Field Engagement and Marketing be a part of the FEMA Organization at NetSuite.Job Responsibilities Include:

Review Demand Gen, Events and Web Analytics tools and integrations (across ZoomInfo, NetSuite CRM, LinkedIn, Eloqua, and future tools) to ensure data cleanliness across target account lists

Collaborate cross functionally to design and implement projects to improve the quality and accessibility of available accounts inside of NetSuite CRM

Identify and remove detractors to prospecting productivity

Project alignment with Revenue Operations on new features and capabilities of NetSuite’s sales technology stack and ensuring where we need to invest to improve seller productivity and prospecting effectiveness.

Project Manager for strategic projects that impact our prospecting efforts.

Work with the RevOps team in refining models that inform what kind of accounts we work

Ensure reporting and performance tracking on all aspects of the outbound funnel from accounts assigned to activity performed to pipeline created

Work with Ops, VATs, and sales community to effectively outline our data needs and analyze results for our sales tools that impact our prospecting strategy outcomes.

Align to broader Global Sales Productivity and Enablement group to drive adoption of new prospecting processes.

Program manage the Seismic FEMA strategy and execution for Content Automation and Guided Assembly for our sales organization.

Position Requisites:

Program manage a cross-functional team to review, implement, and improve Marketing processes and Demand Gen tools to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and prospecting effectiveness.

Ability to identify upstream problems to mitigate the downstream impacts of new Demand Gen tools and process adoption.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating our existing Prospecting processes and evolve them through automation, standardization, and documentation for global scale.

Communicate with impact to effectively gain buy-in and evangelize the FEMA program

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in program or project management.

Proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functional projects.

Influencing without formal authority, working alongside organizational leadership (Sales, Revenue Insights, FEMA, SuiteSuccess, Product, Cloud Ops).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong NetSuite CRM competence and an appetite for continuous learning

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and ZoomInfo as prospecting tools

Excellent business judgment, including strong written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

Comfort with ambiguity and creative problem-solving.

Organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
