The Madison Marriott West is looking for a reliable dishwasher to work evenings in our kitchen area.
Mainly you would perform duties to maintain kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
Scrape food from dirty dishes and place them in racks on a conveyor to a dishwashing machine. Put clean dishes, silverware, glass, pots and pans in their storage area. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand. Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat cutting boards. Separate and remove trash and place it in designated containers. Steam clean or hose out garbage cans and maintain loading dock. Display great customer service skills by taking the initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner. Sweep and mop floors. Properly maintain dish machine to include cleaning, water changing and chemical usage. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assist with minor food prep and banquet plate up as needed. You must be able to stand for long periods of time.
