The position of Line Cook is responsible for:
- cooking proteins such as burgers, steaks and sautéed items to specified temperatures in a high-volume environment
- consistently executing prep for station and maintaining proper quantities of prepped items
- working with the team to maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen
The right candidate will need:
- to exhibit the skills to work within a core team of professionals
- maintain composure in a fast-paced high volume environment
- show a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- takes great pride and satisfaction in putting up a perfect plate
- experience working on a hot station
- knowledge of kitchen fundamentals including sanitation and safety
